REFLEXOLOGY IN LIVERPOOL
It's time to ground yourself.
Reflexology is one of those treatments that surprises people. You come in expecting a foot massage and you leave feeling like your entire body has been reset.
Based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to organs, systems, and areas throughout the body, reflexology uses targeted pressure to encourage the body to rebalance, restore, and repair from within. It’s been practised for thousands of years for good reason, it works.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, or you simply want an hour of genuine therapeutic relaxation, this treatment goes far deeper than you might expect.

What's included in my Reflexology Appointment in Liverpool?
Our Reflexology treatment in Liverpool works through a series of targeted techniques applied across the feet, each corresponding to different areas and systems within the body:
- 1.Initial Consultation - We begin by discussing your health, lifestyle, and any specific concerns, so we can focus on the areas of the body that need the most attention and tailor the treatment to you specifically.
- 2.Relaxation Warm Up - A gentle warm-up across both feet to ease you in, improve circulation, and prepare the feet for the more targeted work that follows.
- 3.Zone Therapy - Specific pressure is applied to reflex points across the feet that correspond to the body's organs and systems - including the digestive system, hormonal system, respiratory system, and more - encouraging each to rebalance and function more effectively.
- 4.Spinal Reflexes - Careful work along the inner edge of the foot, which maps to the spine, helping to release tension held along the back and nervous system.
- 5.Head & Sinus Reflexes - Targeted pressure across the toes, which correspond to the head, brain, and sinuses — particularly beneficial for anyone who suffers from headaches, migraines, or sinus congestion.
- 6.Lymphatic Drainage Points - Gentle stimulation of the lymphatic reflex points to encourage the body's natural detoxification process and support the immune system.
- 7.Closing Relaxation - We finish with a slow, soothing sequence across both feet to bring the treatment to a calm close and allow your body a moment to absorb everything before you ease back into the world.

We’ve answered some of the most common questions here, whilst you can book in for reflexology by using the links below.
During a reflexology session, you’ll relax comfortably while your practitioner works primarily on specific areas of the feet using a combination of gentle pressure, thumb and finger walking, massage and targeted movements. Reflexology is based on the principle that different points of the feet correspond with different areas of the body, so your practitioner will systematically work across these reflex points while adapting the pressure to ensure the treatment remains comfortable.
The session is designed to be deeply relaxing, with many people experiencing a sense of calm and reduced tension during and after treatment. You may notice that some areas of the feet feel more sensitive than others, and your practitioner can spend additional time working around these points where appropriate. Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment, so there’s no need to undress beyond removing your shoes and socks.
There is no downtime from reflexology, so you’ll be ready to carry on with your day after (if you’re not too relaxed, that is!)
We require every single client to fill in a consultation form for any treatment we offer. This is to ensure you are suitable for that specific treatment and for us to understand you better.
We send you a link to complete your consultation form digitally ahead of your booking, or you can complete it on our iPad in clinic with us.
We use only soft, gentle and sensitive products throughout your reflexology treatment, carefully chosen to complement the relaxing nature of the session and feel comfortable on the skin. Products are kept light and soothing, helping the practitioner work smoothly across the feet without overwhelming fragrances or harsh ingredients, making the experience suitable for even more sensitive skin types.
