POLYNUCLEOTIDES LIVERPOOL
Promoting healthy skin restoration.
Polynucleotides are regenerative injectable treatments designed to improve the overall quality and health of the skin from within.
Instead of adding volume or changing facial structure, polynucleotides focus on skin regeneration and restoration, making them ideal for clients looking for natural-looking improvements.
They can be used across areas including the face, under-eyes, neck and décolletage, with treatment plans tailored to your individual skin goals.

How do polynucleotides appointments work?
Polynucleotides are a treatment that you can come in and get done within an hour, and one which has incredible results after. Here’s our process.
Adele, our Head Practitioner, will sit down with you first to assess your skin, chat about what your skin goals are, and the techniques she’ll use based on a combination of the above.
From here, Adele will begin treatment. Their technique is based on their level of experience and education in the skin and aesthetics industry, her ongoing time as a registered nurse, as well as being guided by your facial anatomy and targeted results. Polynucleotide treatments in total should take about 45-60 minutes.

Want to know more about polynucleotides?
We’ve answered some of the most common questions here, whilst you can book in for your treatments using the links below.
Polynucleotides work by delivering highly purified DNA fragments into the skin, where they help support fibroblast activity and the skin’s natural repair processes. This encourages improved collagen and elastin production, hydration and tissue regeneration, helping the skin gradually become firmer, smoother and more resilient.
Unlike dermal fillers, polynucleotides do not add volume or alter facial structure. Instead, they work at a cellular level to improve skin quality over time, with results developing gradually across a course of treatments.
Polynucleotide treatments usually involve minimal downtime, and most clients can return to normal daily activities shortly afterwards. You may experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or small raised bumps at the injection sites, particularly in delicate areas such as under the eyes. These effects are usually mild and settle within a few hours to a few days.
Following treatment, you’ll generally be advised to avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, alcohol and rubbing or massaging the treated area for a short period. Your practitioner will provide personalised aftercare guidance based on the area treated and your individual response.
Most clients are recommended a course of 2–3 polynucleotide treatments, usually spaced around 2–4 weeks apart, although this can vary depending on the product used, treatment area and your individual skin concerns.
After the initial course, a maintenance treatment every 6–9 months may be recommended to help sustain the results. Your practitioner will assess your skin and create a personalised treatment plan during your consultation.
