Our incredible hot stone massage, which are only available for female clients to book, is an hour of pure tension-relieving self-care. Here’s what’s included:
Smooth basalt stones are heated to the perfect temperature and placed along key points of the body, including the spine, shoulders, and hands, allowing the warmth to begin working deeply into the muscle tissue from the moment the treatment starts.
The stones are used alongside hands-on massage across the back and shoulders, where most of us carry our heaviest tension. The heat allows the muscles to soften and release far more readily than in a traditional massage.
Heated stones are worked along the legs and feet to improve circulation, ease heaviness, and bring a deeply grounding sense of relaxation to the lower body.
Smooth, warm stones glide along the arms and are placed in the palms of the hands – a deeply soothing sensation that most clients describe as one of their favourite parts of the treatment.
We finish across the neck and scalp, using the residual warmth of the stones alongside gentle massage to release the final pockets of tension and leave you feeling completely still.
Where needed, the heat from the stones allows us to work more deeply into stubborn areas of tension without any discomfort. The warmth does much of the work, so the pressure feels natural and comfortable throughout.

Our Hot Stone Massage is a full 60 minute treatment combining heated basalt stones with traditional massage techniques across the whole body — including the back, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck, and scalp. You can find the entire process a little further up this page.
None at all – you’re absolutely fine to carry on with your day afterwards. Most clients do feel deeply relaxed and a little floaty for a few hours after the treatment, which is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
We’d recommend drinking plenty of water afterwards to help your body process the benefits, and giving yourself a little time to ease back in rather than rushing off if you can.
We require every single client to fill in a consultation form for any treatment we offer. This is to ensure you are suitable for that specific treatment and for us to understand you better.
We send you a link to complete your consultation form digitally ahead of your booking, or you can complete it on our iPad in clinic with us.
It’s suitable for most people, but there are some contraindications to be aware of – including certain skin conditions, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, or if you’re pregnant.
