How do Serenity Facial appointments work?
Our Serenity Facial is the ultimate relaxation and calming facial, 10 steps of pure calming bliss. Here’s what’s included:
Removes daily dirt and grime from the skin, exfoliates the skin, and a relaxing full face steam to open pores.
The lavender in the products are used to promote peaceful calm, whilst also helping targeted areas of skin.
A mixture of Indian head, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a cooling Jade Eye Mask to balance skin temperature.
An application of a variety of products including our PYC Skincare range, and other techniques for the application of products.
The Ice Globe Massage is the perfect way to cool your skin after treatment.

Jess or Erin will most likely take your treatment, bringing with them years of skin care experience. They’ll talk you through what’s involved in your facial, and ensure that you have the most relaxing hour possible.

The Serenity Facial is the ultimate relaxation facial, including calming essential oils, relaxing massage techniques, delicate facial cupping and a soothing ice globe massage.
There is no downtime from a Serenity Facial, so you’ll be ready to carry on with your day after (if you’re not too relaxed, that is!)
In fact, you’ll have gorgeous, glowy skin, meaning you’re fully ready to head out.
We require every single client to fill in a consultation form for any treatment we offer. This is to ensure you are suitable for that specific treatment and for us to understand you better.
We send you a link to complete your consultation form digitally ahead of your booking, or you can complete it on our iPad in clinic with us.
The Sleep Easy Mask is a blend of ingredients such as lavender, magnesium and sodium hyaluronate, which are known for promoting deep relaxation and better sleep.
