These Business Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, treatments, purchases, and services provided by Perfectly You Co. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Perfectly You Ltd operates under the trading name Perfectly You Co. Services are provided at 57 Rodney Street, Liverpool, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

All clients must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.

3. Bookings & Appointments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

  • Payment or deposit is received; and
  • You receive confirmation via Fresha or direct communication

3.2 Deposits

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full charge of the appointment

3.4 No-Shows

  • Failure to attend will result in loss of deposit or full charge
  • Future bookings may require full prepayment

3.5 Late Arrivals

  • May result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund

3.6 Consultations

  • A consultation does not guarantee treatment will be carried out
  • Treatment decisions are made at the sole discretion of the practitioner

4. Treatments & Clinical Disclaimer

4.1 Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where:

  • It is not clinically appropriate
  • Contraindications are present
  • It is not in your best interest

4.2 Results & Satisfaction Disclaimer

  • Results vary between individuals
  • No guarantees are given regarding outcomes
  • We do not guarantee client satisfaction

4.3 Risks & Complications

You acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Bruising
  • Swelling
  • Redness
  • Asymmetry
  • Infection
  • Lack of expected results
  • Need for further or corrective treatment

4.4 Treatment Plans

  • Some treatments require multiple sessions
  • No guarantee is given that a single treatment will achieve desired results

4.5 Not Medical Advice

Treatments do not replace professional medical advice. You should seek independent medical advice where appropriate.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history
  • Disclose medications, conditions, and allergies
  • Inform us of any changes to your health
  • Follow all aftercare instructions

Failure to do so may:

  • Affect results
  • Void liability where it impacts outcome

6. Consent

You acknowledge that:

  • You will complete consultation and consent forms prior to treatment
  • These form part of the contractual agreement
  • You accept all disclosed risks before proceeding

7. Payments

We accept payment via:

  • Fresha
  • Stripe
  • WooCommerce
  • All prices are in GBP
  • Prices may change at any time
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

8. Refunds & Corrective Treatment

8.1 Treatments

  • Treatments are non-refundable once performed
  • This does not affect your statutory rights

8.2 Service Quality

  • Where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, we reserve the right to:
    • Offer corrective treatment; or
    • Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate

8.3 Products

  • Products may be returned within 14 days under UK consumer law
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

9. Packages & Prepaid Treatments

  • Packages must be used within any stated timeframe
  • Non-transferable unless agreed
  • Non-refundable unless required by law

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

  • Client behaviour is inappropriate
  • Safety concerns arise
  • Information is withheld or inaccurate
  • Instructions or advice are not followed

11. Photography & Evidence

  • We may take before and after photographs for clinical and record-keeping purposes
  • With consent, images may be used for marketing
  • Photographs may be used to assess treatment outcomes and resolve disputes

12. Complaints Procedure

  • Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days of treatment
  • We will investigate and respond in a fair and timely manner
  • Clients must allow reasonable opportunity for corrective action where appropriate

13. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party providers including Fresha and Stripe.

We are not responsible for:

  • System errors
  • Payment failures
  • Platform outages

Use of these services is subject to their own terms.

14. Chargebacks & Fraud

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Where a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to the payment provider
  • Recover associated costs and administrative fees
  • Pursue legal action where necessary

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement.

19. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
