INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE IN LIVERPOOL

It's time to reset and relax.

Sometimes the most effective treatments are the ones that have been around for thousands of years. Indian Head Massage is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that works on the upper body — your scalp, neck, shoulders, and face — to release tension, improve circulation, and restore a genuine sense of calm.

It’s one of those treatments that sounds simple but leaves you feeling completely different afterwards; lighter, clearer, and properly relaxed in a way that a regular massage just doesn’t quite achieve.

At Perfectly You Co, we’ve brought this ancient practice into our Liverpool clinic with the same personal, unhurried approach we put into everything we do. One hour, no distractions, just you.

"Today I had the most amazing experience at PYC and wellness 57 with the lovely Erin. She started with a lovely Swedish massage then she moved on to a hydroglow facial and to finish I had an Indian head massage. From start to finish I was fully relaxed and enjoyed every min. Erin talked me through all the treatments on what to expect and the do’s and don’t afterwards. Would highly recommend any of the treatments. Thank you again Erin ❤️❤️"

Our Indian Head Massage is a full 60 minute treatment covering the scalp, neck, upper back, shoulders, face, and pressure points across the head and upper body. It follows traditional Ayurvedic principles and is carried out in a calm, relaxed clinic environment – you can come in silence or have a good chat with us, whichever feels right for you.

None at all – it’s one of the things that makes this treatment so popular. You can come in on your lunch break and head straight back to whatever the rest of your day holds. Some clients do feel deeply relaxed, which is completely normal and a sign the treatment has done its job. Just take a moment before jumping back in the car.

We require every single client to fill in a consultation form for any treatment we offer. This is to ensure you are suitable for that specific treatment and for us to understand you better.

We send you a link to complete your consultation form digitally ahead of your booking, or you can complete it on our iPad in clinic with us.

It’s suitable for most people, which is part of what makes it such a wonderful treatment.

However, there are a small number of contraindications — such as certain scalp conditions, recent head or neck injuries, or some medical conditions — which is exactly why we ask you to complete a consultation form beforehand.

If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, just drop us a message and we’ll have a chat before you book.
